Coyne Family Butchers Maynooth is a second generation butcher shop. The Coyne family have been beef farming and retailing for centuries. The business is now run by master butcher Declan Coyne, son of Joe Coyne. Joe is well known in the area, having opened his shop in Kilcock in 1950.

Using traditional butchery techniques, while embracing modern advances in their craft, Coyne Family Butchers expertly prepare and serve a wide choice of quality meat.

Their forté lies in their selection and ageing process. Beef is hand selected to ensure consistency of quality at all times and hung for 28 days minimum. All our meat is locally sourced and fully traceable from pasture to plate.
